Job Overview

G.A.G. Industries INC. is seeking an exceptional Top Sales Representative to join our team in Chicago. This role involves leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth, foster relationships with existing and new customers, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue high-volume phone calls and in-person meetings to establish and maintain strong customer connections
  • Schedule and conduct pre-scheduled sales meetings (14-16 per week) to showcase Mission Filtration's products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic sales decisions
  • Develop a comprehensive territory business plan, emphasizing team selling and coordinated efforts to achieve sales targets
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a demonstrated track record of driving new prospect revenue growth
  • Degree in any major is highly desirable; proficiency in utilizing sales techniques, negotiation skills, and relationship-building essential
  • Adept at maintaining accurate sales records and reports, comfortable with leveraging technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness in the sales process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with Account Managers and other stakeholders to achieve common goals
