Job Description:
Sales Executive (Commercial Real Estate)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SaaS sales professional to join our team at Raise Commercial Real Estate. As the founding seller for WorkplaceOS product sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of WorkplaceOS within the commercial real estate market.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in a meaningful way. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, hustle, and grit to ensure the successful market penetration of WorkplaceOS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically targeting key accounts and industries within the commercial real estate sector
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the messaging effectively communicating the value proposition of WorkplaceOS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, brokers (with existing clients), product team, and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how WorkplaceOS can add value to their operations

A competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, is available.
