Job Description:

JCO Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems
  • Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and provide general support to visitors

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior management to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Maintain contact lists and order office supplies

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
