Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Service Lead to join our team at Mom to Virtual Assistant. This is a remote position that requires 20-25 hours of work per week and is open to candidates in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer inquiries through various platforms including Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, and Kajabi.
  2. Organize and maintain accurate records using Zapier and other tools.
  3. Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues related to their App.
  4. Work closely with the development team to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or project management
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
