Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Support Professional to join our team at P.L. Marketing. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing candidate communications, promoting job openings, and assisting with various aspects of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field phone calls from candidates and respond to inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote open job positions on social media and other recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates
  • Track pre-employment requirements for new hires and ensure all necessary requirements are completed
  • Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment documents
  • Reconcile staffing agency invoices and period billing
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to candidate generation, candidate prescreening, interview scheduling, and the recruitment process as needed
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred (PHR certification is a plus)
  • Experience working in Human Resources preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems and web-based applications, specifically UKG and Workday experience desirable
  • Experience working in a Corporate Office environment
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
