Brighton Center, Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on empowering individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency through comprehensive family support services, educational programs, employment assistance, and leadership development.

Role Objective:

The Family Coach will utilize a trauma-informed approach to conduct assessments and intakes for families referred to the Building Community Well-Being initiative. This role involves connecting families with coaching case management and preventive resources to help them navigate challenges and establish objectives that foster family success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough intakes and assessments for families
  • Link families to relevant community resources
  • Organize and lead group activities and special events for families
  • Collaborate with families to set and achieve personal goals

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with community resources
  • Proficient in coaching and guiding clients
  • An Associate's degree in Human Services or a combination of education and experience is preferred
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
