This position is an evaluation to hire position.
Duties:
- • General Office Management of our Administrative Team.
- • Promote a positive workplace environment and Teamwork by always presenting a positive and professional attitude.
- • Perform high level communication both written and verbal.
- • Understand and promote company culture/values.
- • Assist in Human Resource Management including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding and benefits.
- • Administration of safety alongside our Safety Committee
- • Manage subcontractor records, compliance and relationships
- • Oversee fleet records, including inventory, maintenance, tracking devices and registration.
- • IT support for all new and existing employees.
- • Phone backup as needed.
- • Audit timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
- • Admin support for Controller, Sales Manager, Project Managers and General Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:
- • 2-5 years of management experience required
- • General construction knowledge highly favorable
- • General human resources and or general accounting knowledge preferred
- • Microsoft Office Suite and Leap knowledge preferred
- • Must be able to multitask and work well with conflict management
- • Must be self motivated
Pay: $28.00 + Depending on Experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
