Job Overview

Position: Office Manager/Administrator

Company: Boss Exteriors Inc.

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Manager. This full-time, salaried position requires a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills, adept multitasking capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience, paid on a semimonthly basis. Alongside competitive compensation, our organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general management of our Administrative Team.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and teamwork by consistently demonstrating a professional demeanor.
  • Engage in high-level communication, both written and verbal.
  • Promote and embody the company's culture and values.
  • Assist with Human Resource Management tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Support safety initiatives in collaboration with our Safety Committee.
  • Manage Auto & Workers Compensation claims.
  • Oversee subcontractor documentation, compliance, and relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to company licensing requirements.
  • Maintain fleet records, including inventory management, maintenance schedules, tracking devices, and registration.
  • Provide IT support for all new and existing personnel.
  • Serve as phone backup when necessary.
  • Audit timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative support to the Controller, Sales Manager, Project Managers, and General Manager.
  • Participate in all managerial and company meetings.
  • Assist team members in ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment for success.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in office management is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn about technical trade and industry specifics.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
