Job Summary

The Inside Sales role at Swissfluid USA is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of industrial sales principles and a passion for building relationships with customers. As an Inside Sales professional, you will work closely with Account Managers and Distributors to provide direct support and develop existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide sales quotes and support
  • Process incoming inquiries and update the company sales system
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide quotes and support to customers
  • Assist A/R personnel in creating new accounts and following up on collections
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Service Center management to maintain accurate account information
  • Monitor delivery date commitments and expedite as necessary
  • Track customer-specific inventory for sales order fulfillment
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Provide technical/service support to account management and customers

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in industrial sales, with a focus on valve sales
  • College degree preferred, with equivalent experience considered
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred

Swissfluid USA was incorporated in Houston in 2007 to serve customers in North America as a sales and distribution center. Our US subsidiary offers fast deliveries for lined valves and automation packages, including actuators, positioners, switch boxes, solenoid valves, and reactor sampling systems. We also provide spare parts for all products from stock and offer factory-trained technicians for inspection, repair, and testing of valves.
