Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at The French Agency. This role is essential in providing support to our sales department.

Work Environment: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a suitable home office setup. Please note that this role does not involve travel.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years in a customer service role is necessary. We value longevity in employment history.

Employment Type: This is a contract-to-hire position, with the possibility of permanent employment after a four-month evaluation period.

Background Checks: All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service support, including data entry and scheduling.
  • Coordinating installation and delivery processes.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; additional college coursework is preferred.
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in a customer service or fast-paced office setting.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills and familiarity with Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
