Responsibilities for Human Resources (HR) Generalist:

  • Execute timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  • Takes care of onboarding process for new employees..
  • Handle offboarding process such as termination process, removal from health insurance and 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Communicate with HR consultants and employment lawyers to resolve HR issues.
  • Handle HSA fund transfer.
  • Assistance with inquiries for employees about the benefits.
  • Manage 401(k) activities and interact directly with the 401(k) provider to ensure proper handling of employees’ enrollment, distributions, rollovers, and payroll contributions.
  • Respond timely to payroll requests and resolve employee issues.
  • Verify I-9 documents and maintain employment authorization files and maintain personnel files.
  • Order supply for employees and the office.
  • Handle building maintenance projects and inspections.
  • All other HR and Administrative requests from Management as and when required.


Qualifications for Human Resources (HR) Generalist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
  • A proactive, thoughtful, and timely approach to communication, analysis and problem solving.· Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred
  • Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
  • Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
