Job Overview

Fortis Franchise Group, the #1 Mathnasium Franchisee in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to join our team. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including profit and loss management, customer service, staff hiring and training, enrollment optimization, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, and empowering staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Essential Talents & Skills:
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service and building connections.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions, and overcoming conversational objections.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
    • Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy, interacting and working cooperatively with students, parents, and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs.
    • Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
