As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including customer service, sales and marketing, team building, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase enrollment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Team Building: Collaborate with the management team to build and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
  • Essential Talents & Skills:
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service and building connections.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions, and overcoming conversational objections.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
    • Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy, interacting and working cooperatively with students, parents, and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs.
    • Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
