Data Center Sourcing Program Manager

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Sourcing Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center Sourcing team, you will be responsible for due diligence in acquiring data center space and assessing related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytics and conduct due diligence on targeted sites within existing regions, new countries, and target locations.
  • Support the team with strong analytical reporting on market strategies, outlining risks on delivery (cost and timelines) and supporting the team with day-to-day activities as needed.
  • Manage or support extensive due diligence for new colocation leases and extensions as well as lease renewals.
  • Work closely with the Site Acquisition team (commercial leads), Delivery teams as well as other partnering teams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience documenting processes.
  • Experience working on small to medium size projects with some assistance.
  • Positive Attitude: Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and at time unpredictable work environment.
  • Strong collaborator, working closely with multiple teams and subject matter experts.
  • Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
  • Ability to be a strong teammate and collaborator, plus an ability to work independently.
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
