Automotive Collision Repair Center Supervisor

The Collision Repair Center Supervisor will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the collision repair department. Key responsibilities include staffing, enhancing customer loyalty, controlling costs, achieving both quarterly and annual goals, and maintaining accurate records for the collision center. We are in search of a leader with a robust background in customer service, ready to guide a skilled team. The Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience within the Collision Center, ensuring that both Estimators and Technicians deliver high-quality repair services and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Estimators and Technicians, providing guidance on repair processes.
  • Manage team operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and insurance providers.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to guarantee timely delivery of repair parts and inventory management.
  • Assist in training new hires on company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Collision Repair Center Supervisor (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CCCOne, CDK, and X-Time is advantageous.
  • Strong managerial and customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • High School Diploma; a degree in Business Administration or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary.
  • Drug screening is mandatory.
