The Collision Center Supervisor is tasked with managing the entire collision repair division. Key responsibilities encompass staffing, enhancing customer loyalty, controlling costs, achieving quarterly and annual goals, and maintaining comprehensive records for the collision center. The Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience within the Collision Center, ensuring that Estimators and Technicians deliver efficient and professional service while achieving high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Estimators and Technicians, providing guidance on repairs executed by the team.
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and insurance providers.
- Monitor employee performance and deliver regular progress reports to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to all industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely delivery of repair components and inventory management.
- Assist in training new staff on company protocols, including safety and operational procedures.
- Demonstrated experience as a Collision Center Supervisor (2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with CCCOne, CDK, and X-Time is advantageous.
- Strong managerial and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- High School Diploma; a degree in Business Administration or relevant experience is preferred.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary.
