We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our collision center, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and Document Repair Work: Accurately assess damage to vehicles and create detailed estimates for repair work, including labor and parts costs.
- Schedule Appointments and Coordinate Repair Work: Schedule appointments with customers and coordinate with our technicians to ensure that repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with Customers and Insurance Adjusters: Provide clear and concise explanations of repair estimates and work with insurance adjusters to ensure that claims are processed smoothly.
- Maintain High-Quality Standards: Ensure that all repair work meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies in collision repair.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in collision repair or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of collision repair methods and techniques; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
