- Demonstrate and instruct sales techniques to effectively address customer concerns.
- Track the status of all active and pending repair orders.
- Lead and mentor staff to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
- Ensure thorough follow-up on all service-related activities to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance employee productivity.
- Adhere to all industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Delegate and manage service responsibilities among support staff, including advisors and cashiers.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Stay informed about manufacturer guidelines, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Familiarity with CDK and X-Time systems is advantageous.
- Strong general and technical automotive knowledge.
- Exceptional aptitude for service sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication and team-building abilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
