Senior Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nine Stars Group USA. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage a team of customer service representatives to maximize coverage and ensure seamless customer support.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate and timely responses to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, ensuring that customer service representatives have the necessary information to provide excellent support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and to develop and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing people and customer service teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
