Customer Service Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
