Customer Service Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service management.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
