Role Overview: As a Lead Technical Program Strategist, you will oversee programs that encompass individual systems and components, or broadly at the product level. Your role will require a deep understanding of systems, components, and products, enabling you to facilitate decision-making, assess incoming changes, and communicate project narratives effectively across all program levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product/Service Definition: Collaborate with Software and Hardware Engineering to architect integrated solutions that address complex technical requirements across multiple feature areas. Develop and propose design and architecture documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Program Management: Define program goals and prioritize deliverables based on data-driven analysis. Engage in proactive risk management to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish accomplishment criteria and performance indicators for various feature areas, ensuring necessary telemetry is developed in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships to drive integration efforts for the development and implementation of complex projects. Coordinate across organizations to align product management and release strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Track and communicate end-to-end project schedules, ensuring stakeholders adhere to established timelines and processes. Manage dependencies to enable cohesive user experiences.
  • Governance Management: Oversee governance programs to ensure compliance with performance standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and hardware suppliers.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-team projects.
  • Experience in coding or technical documentation.
