Job Summary

Tailwind Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Assistant to join our team. As a Community Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and administrative support to our office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in the execution of marketing efforts, customer appreciation events, and other special events.
  • Leasing and Administration: Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct tours, maintain show units, and complete follow-ups with potential residents.
  • Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks, maintain accurate file documentation, and assist with the collection of required fees.
  • Communication: Seek feedback from residents and communicate with the team.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to after-hour emergency issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Preferably currently enrolled at the university and living on-site.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
