Schedule Details:
Available to work Monday through Friday, between 7am and 6pm, with a 40-hour workweek. Full-time, day shifts are required. As needed, holidays may be required. No licenses are necessary, but a high school diploma or GED is required. One year of recent call center or administrative experience is also necessary, along with basic computer knowledge and grammatical skills.

Job Description:

As a Patient Access Liaison/Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for registering new patients, scheduling appointments, transferring calls to the appropriate personnel, and coordinating communication between business units. This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. If you have a strong background in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, and are able to work in a dynamic environment, this may be the role for you.
