Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Coordinator to join our team at Apria. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, referrals, and patients to gather documentation and information needed to meet insurance guidelines.
  • Review patient accounts and obtain necessary documentation to bill health insurance plans.
  • Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
  • Perform outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center.
  • Experience utilizing multi-line phone systems.
Work Environment

This role will be performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels and indoor fluorescent lighting.
