In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression for each patient, family member, visitor, or staff member while performing pre-admitting, admitting, and/or registering tasks. You will also interview patients or relatives to obtain demographic and financial information, verify insurance benefits, and collect outstanding patient portions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
* Office experience in a healthcare environment
* Medical terminology and ability to multitask and prioritize
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows XP, Windows 7, and website search engines
* High School diploma required
