Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Autism Services Director to lead our team of behavior analysts and support staff in providing high-quality services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement behavioral assessment measures and techniques to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
    • Conduct and supervise the implementation of behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behavior change.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train staff on the proper implementation of behavioral support plans and educational programs.
    • Provide consultation and training to staff on best practices in autism services.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
    • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience
    • 7 years of experience in a related field, including 5 years of management experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
