Intellectual Disability Support Professional

As a Intellectual Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive supports to individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. This includes assessing needs, developing annual plans, coordinating services, monitoring progress, and referring individuals to community and system resources.
You will work closely with individuals, families, other professionals, and community members to identify needs and desires, and act as an advocate for individuals in the community and with public and private entities. A strong understanding of support coordination principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an office and remote environment are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a productivity bonus.
