Intellectual Developmental Disability Specialist

SBR Inc seeks an experienced Intellectual Developmental Disability Specialist to provide support services to adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Autism.
Hourly Rate: $30-$45 per hour, dependent on experience
This role entails performing functional assessments, creating comprehensive behavioral support plans, delivering training sessions, and maintaining regular face-to-face interactions with individuals and their teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue a deep understanding of individual needs through assessments
- Develop well-structured behavioral support plans aligned with assessment outcomes
- Offer professional training to enhance support strategies
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration with individuals and their teams
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum two years of direct experience working with individuals with ID/A; preferably adults
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in web-based data systems
