Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect.
- Provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive business outcomes through effective talent planning, succession management, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in talent development, management, and leadership roles.
