About the Role

Dentons US LPP is seeking an experienced Executive-Level Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Global Chair, Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies, and other attorneys. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in office per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling, email management, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless execution of client meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare and edit documents, maintain files, and handle confidential firm and client information with discretion.
  • Provide team coverage and support when other Legal Administrative Assistants are out of the office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the requirements of the position.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative experience, combined with 5 years of general secretarial experience and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a combination of logic, flexibility, creativity, follow-through, and client services skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with knowledge of Intapp Time and Chrome River for expenses a plus.
  • Ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programs.
  • Availability for overtime, evenings, and weekends, as required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize incoming/outgoing tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
