Sales Director Opportunity at Clearwater Living

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Clearwater Living in Beverly Hills. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental sales of all community apartments, staying up-to-date with current market trends and competitors, and managing all leads from initial inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified inquiries, referrals, tours, and closing rates to maintain budgeted occupancy and revenue
  • Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure the community is ready for guests
  • Facilitate the entire move-in process, from generating leads to conducting and coordinating tours, through qualification and final move-in
  • Develop a pre-call plan for presentations and a strategy to advance the lead to sale
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other leadership teams to ensure all community associates understand sales and marketing
  • Identify, establish, and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers, key community, and strategic partners to ensure ongoing referrals and opportunities
  • Plan and conduct internal events to showcase our communities, including local market area events
  • Maintain a referral database with all contact information and communication details and statuses
  • Create, update, and manage quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Executive Director
  • Develop annual operating budgets and execute the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan, including short and long-range goals
  • Collect and evaluate current market research to understand trends and competition, and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field, or combination of education and sales experience in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry
  • Minimum three to five years of successful sales experience in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry
  • First Aid Certification/CPR/BLS preferred
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations
  • Must meet health requirements, including TB
