Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and possesses some experience in sales or customer service. Minimum qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong work ethic and quick learning capability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Your Responsibilities
As a Roofing Sales Consultant - Project Supervisor, you will have a flexible work schedule, typically between Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
In this entry-level role, you will dive into the dynamic world of sales, learning innovative strategies to enhance your success. You will gain knowledge about industry materials, standards, and installation techniques, assisting senior representatives in generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing sales.
Engaging with homeowners, contractors, and property owners, you will take the time to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. Providing exceptional customer service, you will connect with clients, address their inquiries, and strive to finalize deals. To expand your lead generation, you will participate in trade shows, networking events, and engage with industry professionals.
