Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, complete outbound calls for collections and revenue-driven promotions, assist with accounts receivable and collections, take payments, and assist with billing questions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, manage reporting, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalation Management: Handle incoming calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Assist with peer coaching and training, act as a mentor for new hires and current team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience: 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center or high-volume call setting, with experience leading or supervising a team of customer service professionals.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, good negotiation and closing skills, solid organizational skills, and good problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Language: Proficient in the English language, with a clear, pleasant, and professional speaking voice.
