Customer Service Team Lead

A.C.E. Executives is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Interact with customers daily to inform them of our products and services through direct interactions.
- Needs Assessment: Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise.
- Quality Service: Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer all external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Orders: Process sales orders and data entry with high-level accuracy.
- De-escalations: Take initiative and resolve de-escalations or complaints.
- Company Representation: Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
- Training and Development: Utilizing training materials in a meaningful way that ensures class graduates have a smooth transition into a successful, professional Sales / Customer Retention position.
- Team Environment: Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs.
- Training Sessions: Participation in morning meetings including role-play scenarios, product knowledge, and psychology of customer service behavior training.

- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service or customer relationship experience.
- Performance: Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
