At TM Associates Management Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to residents, including addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports on property condition, maintenance operations, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement site activities for residents, such as special events and recreation activities.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
