Supervision and Direction:
- The Community Engagement Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM).
- They will possess the authority to make decisions that are not explicitly outlined in existing protocols.
- Communication with the Owner will be facilitated through TM Associates Management.
- The Community Engagement Manager is accountable for overseeing all community personnel and their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive exceptional service and address any complaints in a timely manner.
- Strive for maximum occupancy rates and manage resident income recertification processes.
- Oversee property maintenance and hire qualified personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections and provide reports on property conditions.
- Supervise maintenance operations and establish procedures for the central office.
- Interview prospective residents and manage lease agreements.
- Collect rent, maintain precise records, and perform daily site tasks.
- Develop activities for residents and participate in mandatory meetings.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and demonstrate proficiency in English and basic arithmetic.
