Supervision and Direction:
- The Community Engagement Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM).
- They will possess the authority to make decisions not explicitly outlined in existing guidelines.
- Communication with the Owner will be facilitated through TM Associates Management.
- The Community Engagement Manager is tasked with overseeing all community personnel and their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive exceptional service and promptly address any complaints.
- Strive for maximum occupancy rates and manage resident income recertification.
- Oversee property maintenance and employ qualified personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections and report on property conditions.
- Supervise maintenance operations and establish centralized office procedures.
- Interview prospective residents and manage lease agreements.
- Collect rent, maintain accurate records, and perform daily site errands.
- Develop site activities for residents and attend mandatory meetings.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
- Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and demonstrate proficiency in English and basic arithmetic.
