We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator & Customer Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and host customers in the showroom
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Coordinate with our production team
  • Gather online reviews
  • General office organization
  • Mail and email correspondence
  • Various ad hoc jobs

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Slack and Streak Customer CRM
  • Proficiency in using Apple products
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Dropbox
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively meet daily deadlines
