Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the entire process of ordering and managing door installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the field technician, ensuring accurate measurements, and verifying order details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measurement Oversight:
- Coordinate with the field technician to ensure accurate measurements.
- Verify that all necessary measurements are recorded and uploaded into the system.
- Order Management:
- Place orders with the door manufacturer.
- Monitor the order process and ensure any discrepancies are resolved.
- Customer Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data entry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with logistics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Basic bookkeeping skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
