Guest Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the hiring and training of part-time staff, including ticket takers, ushers, and guest services representatives.
- Manage employee records and notes, ensuring compliance with time and attendance policies.
- Schedule staff for events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support event preparation, planning, and execution, maintaining equipment standards and inventory.
- Respond promptly to guest comments, questions, and concerns, providing exceptional service.
- 2-4 year college degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a sport and/or entertainment facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
