Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

At ASM Global, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our venues. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the hiring and training of part-time staff, including ticket takers, ushers, and guest services representatives.
  • Manage employee records and notes, ensuring compliance with time and attendance policies.
  • Schedule staff for events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support event preparation, planning, and execution, maintaining equipment standards and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to guest comments, questions, and concerns, providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 year college degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a sport and/or entertainment facility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
