About This Opportunity
Culligan International is looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to manage our East Region sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of Territory Sales Managers, and collaborating with external partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Oversight: Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and key customer segments, working closely with the sales team to develop regional sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Represent Culligan International at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in managing teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with clients and industry partners.
