We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Hospitality Sales to lead our team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in selling to hotels and restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales strategy to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure consistent results.
  • Manage sales activities, key performance metrics, and team performance to achieve budgeted objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to grow sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in selling to hotels and restaurants.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
