This leadership role requires the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships within the home care industry.

The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, develop partnerships, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals while maintaining the highest standards of client care and ethical practices. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Create a sales plan that drives business growth and expands market share.
    • Identify target markets and develop tailored sales approaches to meet the needs of diverse client populations.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Establish clear performance objectives and provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community functions.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (care coordinators, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
