We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to join our Campbell Snacks team. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management group, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term pricing strategies across our snacks business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of multi-channel pricing strategies and long-term price realization opportunity pipelines across brands.
- Establish strategic recommendations for price point optimizations, channel strategy, and pipeline development of white space innovation opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to deliver outstanding results.
- College degree required (MBA preferred) with a specialization in business, marketing, finance, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in a sophisticated environment within revenue management, strategy, finance, or brand marketing roles in a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company or other companies with strong marketing and brand pedigrees.
- Specific background in pricing and/or price pack architecture, including experience developing frameworks that combine consumer insights and competitive information to enable the identification of price realization and price pack opportunities across a product portfolio.
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$172,200, depending on work location and additional factors. Our total rewards package includes health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
