Child Development Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a Cortica teammate, you will play a crucial role in delivering life-changing care to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
Key Responsibilities:- Treatment Planning: Establish speech and language treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools, consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members, and create collaborative treatment plans.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide individual therapy sessions, group sessions, and co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate, focusing on developing receptive and expressive language skills.
- Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
- Qualifications: Master's degree, current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain, and cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs.
- Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, flexibility, and openness to learning.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled at using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- HIPAA Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information (preferred).
Cortica offers a comprehensive compensation package designed to enhance all aspects of your life. The base pay range for this opening is $78,400 to $98,000, commensurate with your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
