**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Assessment Specialist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and their families, making a meaningful impact in the community.

**Job Summary**

The Child Development Assessment Specialist will provide psychological assessments and differential diagnoses for children referred for autism services. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing 3-4 developmental evaluations per week, primarily for children aged 0-4. They will also write clear evaluation reports and engage in meaningful conversations with families.

**Responsibilities**

  • Complete 3-4 developmental evaluations per week for children primarily aged 0-4
  • Provide differential diagnoses for children referred for autism services
  • Write clear evaluation reports
  • Have meaningful conversations with families
  • Collaborate with Family Support team and ABA team for warm hand-offs
  • Potentially supervise Post-Doctoral Fellows

**Qualifications**

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology
  • Experience assessing children with autism and other developmental differences
  • Preferred specialization in assessing children with autism and other developmental differences
  • Experience using ADOS-2, especially the Toddler Module and Modules 1 & 2
  • Specialization in pediatric neuropsychological assessment
