Are you an experienced professional in the travel industry looking for a challenging role? Accommodations Plus International is seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team.

Salary Range: $65,000.00-80,000.00 annually

Job Description:

The Account Director will be responsible for managing existing client relationships with our airline, cruise line, and hotel partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the direction of existing API accounts to maximize market share and revenue growth
  • Strategic planning and organizing to meet client savings goals and API revenue objectives
  • Conduct site inspections, execute hotel contract negotiations, and monitor market conditions to ensure optimal rates and terms
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and share leads that uncover new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in hotel or airline relations
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
