At Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Body Shop/Collision Center. This role is essential in providing administrative support to our Collision Center, including managing paperwork and reports efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing and overseeing insurance billings while ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments. Additionally, you will assist the Body Shop Manager with various administrative tasks related to collision estimates and ongoing projects. Monthly reporting is also a key responsibility of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the repair process and outline the next steps.
  • Assist management in setting and achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze body shop performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral business.
  • Review daily productivity reports and manage payroll records accordingly.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on parts orders to confirm availability.
  • Monitor the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Oversee the flow of paperwork to guarantee all documents are complete, legible, and properly filed or distributed.
  • Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.
  • Manage accounts receivable for body repair services.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
