Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming service calls and schedule appointments, offer information, or connect customers with the right department
  • Reach out to clients to confirm or modify appointments
  • Conduct outbound courtesy calls on behalf of the service division
  • Organize and manage Valet Service appointments
  • Promptly respond to all online service inquiries
  • Perform assigned administrative tasks
  • Assist in welcoming customers and checking in vehicles at the service area
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Energetic communication skills over the phone
  • Proficient computer and organizational abilities
  • Experience in the automotive field (Preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
