Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at TAPCO Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Handle cash and checks within set limits and place holds where necessary.
  • Balance cash drawers at the end of each business day and research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process plastic cards, order checks, and process stop payments.
  • Perform drive-up functions and night drop duties as assigned.
  • Build and retain member relationships through outbound calling and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services.
  • Promote, explain, and cross-sell TAPCO services and products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing job responsibilities.
Working Conditions
  • Office setting with frequent movement and sitting/standing for extended periods.
  • Occasional requirement to work at other branch locations.
